PICKLING & PRESERVING WORKSHOP
Another fun and informative workshop presented by Country Feeling Australia !!!!
WE WILL BE MAKING
- Sauerkraut (Wild Fermentation)
- Traditional Cucumber Pickles
Participants will get to take home their sauerkraut and pickles
WE WILL BE LEARNING:
- Pickle Onions and eat samples.
- Preserved Lemons and taste a sample.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Materials and catering supplied
- No experience necessary.
- Please bring along a knife and and a chopping board (&
apron if you want)
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL - TICKETS ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED
- A wait list will be created for people who miss out should a vacancy arise.
